The customer provides the application, and the ALMA Group does the rest. This modality has two options: dedicated server or shared server. In hosting on a dedicated server, the customer has access to all system resources in an arrangement of full exclusivity.
For companies who do not need an exclusive server, we have a service that meets their needs: a server shared with other companies. In this modality, our customers have total control of the server and access to all resources, though with some limitations to ensure equitable distribution.
The systems belong to the customer, and the ALMA Group only provides infrastructures to house them and services to operate them.
Both in Housing and Hosting, in addition to infrastructures, customers have the option of benefiting from a choice of services with different dimensions of scale.
